Under these centers, the citizens are provided various services which come under the revenue department (राजस्व विभाग) through the reliable, affordable and transparent way (विश्वसनीय, किफायती और पारदर्शी तरीका). As on the Government Order (GO – सरकार के आदेश) which published on the date of 18[SUP]th[/SUP] December year of 2012 these centers are working through the electronic delivery of services (सेवाओं की इलेक्ट्रानिक डिलीवरी) for the common people. It is known as the Atalji Janasnehi Kendras (अटलजी जनस्नेही केन्द्र) which are providing all services to the citizens in rural areas (ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नागरिक).

The government of Nadakacheri Nadakacheri Karnataka state (कर्नाटक राज्य की सरकार) established 777 (seven hundred seventy-seven – ७७७) centers under the Ajalji Janasnehi Kendra project (अटलजी जनस्नेही प्रोजेक्ट) which also well known as the Nadakacheris (नदकचेरी). The director of this project is appointed to the commissioner of the department of survey settlement and land records (इस परियोजना के निदेशक सर्वेक्षण निपटान और भू-अभिलेख विभाग के आयुक्त को नियुक्त किया जाता है). The online official website of nadakacheri has given the complete system and online software (पूरा सिस्टम और सॉफ्टवेयर ऑनलाइन) for submitting the application for various services (विभिन्न सेवाओं के लिए प्रस्तुत करने के आवेदन) in the Nadakacheri Karnataka state (कर्नाटक राज्य). The citizens can submit their online registration form (ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फार्म) to get certificates and important documents (प्रमाण पत्र और महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज). First, you have to visit in the official website (आधिकारिक वेबसाइट में जाएँ) of nadakacheri wherein the home page you can get the option with the Online Application (ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण) click to this and it will redirect you on the new page. On the new page, you will have to enter your mobile number. Now you can get a one-time password (OTP – वन टाइम पासवर्ड) on your mobile number which you entered on the website. You have to keep safe this one time password because you will require this password for the next step of user registration. Now you can get your profile page on the NADAKACHERI website where you have to read complete instructions before submitting your online application form regarding any certificate or document online. Read the below-given instructions before going to apply:

  • You have to apply for the particular service and have to upload all the required documents for that.
  • You also have to pay the required application fees by using an online payment gateway on the same page.
  • After submitting the application online take the printout of your acknowledgment slip for future assistance.
  • Track or check the status of your application from time to time by using the application number.

In the next step, you have to select the certificate for which you want to submit the online application form on the nadakacheri website. Here you can get all the services of the revenue department and AGRI services by the state government of Nadakacheri Karnataka. Now you have to select the language on which you want a certificate and want to fill the application form. On the application form you have to give the complete details and basic information as mentioned below:

  • Fill district name first with taluk and area under rural/urban (ग्रामीण / शहरी तहत तालुक और क्षेत्र)
  • Select Hobli city circle name with the town and ward number (शहर और वार्ड संख्या के साथ होबली सिटी सर्कल नाम का चयन करें)
  • Fill applicant’s name with father’s / husband’s name and purpose to get the certificate (पिता / पति का नाम और प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य के साथ आवेदक का नाम भरें)
  • Fill complete address with mobile number and pin code (मोबाइल नंबर और पिन कोड के साथ पूरा पता भरें)
  • Give details of the date of birth in DD / MM / YY format (जन्म तिथि का विवरण दे)
  • Now select the option through which you want to get the certificate by nadakacheri / Bangalore one (by person) or through registered post in your home address. (अपने घर के पते में पंजीकृत डाक के माध्यम से / या nadakacheri / बैंगलोर वन से प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं)

After attachment of all documents you have to enter the text given on the website page. After that you can get the acknowledgment slip number and you can take the printout. The software will generate ACK Number which you have to note.


Now you have to make payment in favor of the department using your credit/debit card. Here you have to use your ACK number to check the status and progress report of your certificate.
