How to Get Caste Certificate in Karnataka
The civilians of state government are initiative to provide the birth and caste certificate on a fixed time. Under the Karnataka Guarantee of Service to Citizens Act 2011 a pilot project has been launched at five locations of the state. Puttur of Dakshina Kannad District, Orad of Bidar district, Chitradurga, Dharwad, and Jayanagar assembly are selected for this.

B – On the portal, the option has given with the name of SC/ST Caste Certificate (Namune-D) click on that the page will redirect you to a new section.
C – The page will send you on the below-given link to download the PDF file. You have to download and then need to take the printout for the filling process.
D – After that fill the application form with the applicant’s name, father’s name/husband’s name and with complete address also write your annual income in the below side and last write the date of filling form place tehsil office address and tehsildar sign.
You also don’t need to go far for the affidavit. While you are taking the form of a stamp vendor and affidavit preparation remain seated. They will take you 80 bucks and you will prepare the affidavit.
